Our founders

Dr Maree Sleeman

Dr Maree Sleeman is a corporate consultant and registered psychologist with a doctorate from the University of Melbourne. With over twenty-five years’ experience as Director of a professional services business, she has worked in enduring partnerships with a large number of corporates to enhance organisational performance. Maree designs and develops executive programs and coaches CEOs and senior leaders. She has worked with a number of teams to turn around dysfunctional behaviours impeding the achievement of cultural and associated business outcomes. She also assists organisations and individuals lead and manage change and develop effective strategies to enhance performance outcomes. Maree has worked in top tier firms across diverse industries including, finance and banking, tech, government, the education and university sectors, FMCG, retail, health, pharmaceutical, automotive, agriculture, construction and engineering. She has specialist expertise in analysing needs and developing diagnostics and tailored interventions to drive optimum personal and business performance.

Craig Sandiford

Craig Sandiford holds a BA (Hons) and MSc in Organisational Psychology. He has over 30 years’ international experience across a broad spectrum of industries including professional services, government sector, banking, aviation, logistics, FMCG, retail, trade, tech and automotive. With close to 20 years’ experience as a C-suite HR executive in multinational organisations, he has significant expertise in developing and executing people strategies to support the overall business and in driving fundamental cultural shifts to achieve business outcomes. Most recently, he was hired by a Private Equity Firm to help turn around an iconic Australasian business with a turnover in excess of $1.3B and over 5,500 people across Asia Pacific. Following the successful cultural, structural and financial transformation he was instrumental in integrating the businesses into its new parent company.
